At Home Steady we aim to get our products to you as soon as possible. We ship most items within 3-5 business days. Once the item leaves our hands we no longer accept responsibility. Shipping times vary depending on carrier but please reach out if you have not received your order within 10-12 business days although we are not responsible for shipping issues we will try to help. We typically provide package tracking information and will do our best to help locate your package or rectify the situation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items being shipped to the wrong address so please make sure your shipping addresses are accurate at checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed so please ensure everything is accurate at checkout.
